3-Day Eviction Notices

A landlord may give a 3-day notice to vacate the premises if any of the following occur:

• Failure to pay the rent.

• Violation of any part of the lease agreement

• Any use of the property for unlawful purposes

• Material damage to the property (otherwise known as "committed waste")

• Substantial interference with other tenants ("nuisance")

• Illegal drug use of any kind

• Domestic violence or sexual assault, or stalking of another tenant

• Illegal use or ownership or weapons or ammunition
